Medicare Advantage plans
Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans combine the benefits of Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) with extras like dental, hearing and prescription drug coverage.
A Dual Special Needs plan (D-SNP)1 is a Medicare Advantage plan designed for people who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid. Many include extra benefits.
Chronic Special Needs plans
Chronic Special Needs plan (C-SNP) is for a person with severe or disabling long-term health problems such as diabetes, chronic heart failure or a cardiovascular disorder.
